The challenge

MOCO Museum London needed secure, self-service visitor storage for personal bags, backpacks and luggage without creating a staffed cloakroom queue or taking more floor space than necessary.

The Basecamp solution

Basecamp manufactured and configured a 37-door locker installation through the managed profit-share model. The mix includes 31 medium personal-bag lockers, four large suitcase lockers and two extra-large lockers suitable for larger luggage or family sharing.

  • 37 locker doors across four practical storage sizes
  • Touchscreen booking with integrated contactless payment
  • Four-week manufacture from approved specification
  • Two-day installation completed at the museum

The result

Visitors can choose and pay for the right locker size independently, giving MOCO a practical service for bags, backpacks, cabin luggage and larger shared items. The system provides additional venue revenue with zero upfront locker cost to the host while Basecamp retains responsibility for the technology and maintenance.
