We're delighted to announce the launch of our latest venue partnership with Helch Market and to have attended their fantastic grand opening event this week.

Helch Market has created an exciting new destination for Winchester, bringing together a vibrant food hall, bars, entertainment and social spaces under one roof. The venue was buzzing throughout the evening, and it was great to see such a positive response from guests experiencing the space for the first time.

As part of the venue offering, Basecamp has installed a smart guest storage solution, providing visitors with a secure, convenient and fully self-service alternative to traditional cloakroom facilities. Guests can store coats, bags and personal belongings in seconds, helping them enjoy everything the venue has to offer without the inconvenience of carrying items throughout their visit.

Our Host-It model enables venues to introduce guest storage with no upfront capital investment, whilst enhancing the customer experience and generating an additional revenue stream.
